How we ship
EverNest Living works with a small number of trusted suppliers — some based in the UK and EU who make items to order, and some overseas who hold stock and ship directly. Delivery times vary depending on which type of product you have ordered, and we want to be straightforward about that from the start.
Made-to-order items
Some products — including many of our printed pieces — are made to order by suppliers in the UK or EU. These items require 2–7 business days to produce before they are dispatched. Once shipped, delivery within the UK typically takes a further 2–5 business days.
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 4–12 business days.
Stock items from overseas suppliers
Other products are held in stock by suppliers and ship directly to you, often from warehouses in Europe or further afield. These items do not have a production lead time, but international transit means delivery can take longer.

Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over £50. Orders below this threshold may incur a shipping charge, which will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Most orders include tracking. You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email with any tracking details once your order has shipped. If tracking is not available for your order, we will let you know.
Customs and import charges
For orders delivered within the UK, no customs charges apply. If you are ordering from outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not something we are able to predict or cover.
